A multi-national player in transportation manufacturing, Bombardier benefits from having operations in many countries. This presents both business opportunities and challenges. The European HR team needed to work out how best to support a widely distributed, multi-lingual, distributed team and apply consistent standards through re-organising the HR infrastructure.

Thinkfreer delivered team and individual coaching for the senior HR leaders charged with leading this transformation within the IT division. We also facilitated a strategy workshop from which the HR Team developed a strategy to take to their business partners. Our inputs promoted creativity and business focus so that the HR team could maximise their productivity whilst working together in one location as the rest of their time was spent travelling around sites internationally.
