Bond Solutions are experts in business software services, specialising in integrated CRM and Accounts solutions for a wide range of business clients. It has been a privilege to work with Bond over a number of years, as they have grown from being a new start-up in 2002 through to being one of SAGE UK's leading business partners.

In that time we have delivered a series of coaching programmes for the whole team incorporating group and individual work. We've helped the team build up a range of people and leadership skills and this has helped Bond to differentiate themselves and stay ahead in their marketplace. As well as working with the Bond team members, we have facilitated project launches and review sessions which have been attended by specific client teams. Working jointly with clients on the scoping and delivery of projects has enabled the Bond team to deliver projects on time and to specification many times. Their business is founded on forming very strong 'bonds' with staff, clients and partners, it has been very satisfying for the Thinkfreer team to be part of their journey.
