Carol Groombridge

Carol draws on a distinguished career in the banking, recruitment and business support sectors having worked for Barclays, Quadrant Recruitment and Business Link in key management and advisory roles. Now Carol specialises in coaching and business consultancy for medical practitioners in private and NHS based practices, particularly those working in dental health service provision. Carol's own business is widely valued by her health care clients for the pragmatic and people-centred advice she provides.

Carol is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, a Director of the Association of MBAs and an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching.
