Granada Learning is one of the leading publishers and providers on on-line assessments for schools in the UK, US and Australia. The team based at the software development studio in Newcastle needed to develop its ability to take more of a lead on sharpening delivery of new products to market as well as ensuring other software services were properly supported.

Thinkfreer was asked to deliver team and individual coaching for a numbers of technical team managers. This diverse team of technical experts wanted to achieve more internal influence and to improve the way they managed internal company and external supplier partnerships.

Our work with the Granada Assessment technical leadership team enabled them to re-assert themselves within the business and to take more of a lead on managing the new product development process in a rapidly expanding schools assessment marketplace.
