Simon Parker

After a senior management career in the water utilities with Northumbrian Water Group, Simon jointly founded the highly successful people consultancy, CPCR Limited. He is now a highly regarded executive coach and facilitator working with top teams in some key global businesses and central government departments, including Diageo and HM Treasury. Simon specialises in working directly with boards and senior managers and has extensive experience of the assessment and development of leadership talent.

Simon has a passion for exploring the application and adoption of technological advances within complex organisations and in learning and development settings. He is highly regarded for his ability to stretch thinking about what is possible and to develop clients' capacity for handling complexity and uncertainty.

Simon is a qualified psychometric practitioner and regularly draws on his expertise in using frameworks like MBTI, Firo-B and the Wave in his work with senior leaders and entrepreneurs in the private, technology and social enterprise sectors.
